« We felt very welcomed by reception staff upon arriving. All staff were very helpful. The site was very clean. Accommodation was lovely. We loved to see the rabbits everywhere too. Food at the restaurant was superb. See you next year. »

« This was our second year coming to 3 Vallées and the facilities were very good again. The pool is excellent and one of the best across various sites we have been to. The other facilities are good with plenty of toilets and showers. Snack bar and bar were also great and reasonably priced. However the atmosphere was very different from our previous stay which reduced our enjoyment of our holiday - there were lots of large family groups sharing one pitch with multiple tents/ caravans and cars which meant cars were often parked partially in the road or just left in other open spaces on the site, when we raised this to reception they didn’t see this as an issue. We actually booked a specific pitch because it was in a quieter area with only a small grassed area opposite, however this quickly became a parking area for other pitches (some several rows away) resulting in cars constantly coming and going. We also had some issues with groups of older children taking our sons football and the same children were witnessed trying to take another child’s bike off them - this meant we didn’t feel safe allowing our children to use the play or sports areas unsupervised. »

« What an amazing campsite - we absolutely loved everything about our stay. The pitches were very well maintained and a great size. The sanitary facilities were nicer than any hotel we have stayed in! Beautiful showers and so clean. The entertainment was great especially the foam party which was so much fun. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and staff were all very friendly. The area itself is beautiful with so much to do! The only small issues which would bring our rating to 110% was - there was very little/no shade at the pool which we missed when the weather was hot - a few more umbrellas or sun shade would be great. The other small issue was the snack bar - this was very chaotic when queuing for dinner at night, very busy and a little disorganised but apart from that, it was beyond amazing and we will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable :) »

« Great facilities. Great entertainment. The pool was amazing. Our children really liked the activities room. There is great cycling, a nice bike path connecting the whole valley and decent hiking. There are several food options which was convenient. Bathroom/shower facilities were outright fancy and well maintained. Coming from the US, we expect the “jacuzzi” to be hot, like 102 degrees F or more, but instead there was a whole pool at a pleasantly warm temperature. It was ideal for the rainy days when there wasn’t much to do. The kids could play on the waterslides and go in the warm pool to warm up. Many of the pools at campsites had pool that were too cold to enjoy in June, but our kids don’t tolerate the cold very well. »
