« We were so grateful that the amazing team could accommodate us at short notice after being caught in the fire at Brasilia, and helped us with booking logistics and gave us a very warm welcome. The location of the campsite is phenomenal, we were there for just over a week and though we went sightseeing every day there is still so much left we didn’t see. The mountains make such a picturesque and dramatic backdrop to the campsite. The pool area is fantastic, my son adored the slides, and the more heated covered pool, lots of options there for everyone. We ate at the restaurant which was really high quality, and also the snack bar which was great value and offered a nice selection over the week. We also like to cook ourselves and the campsite is very close to a few large supermarkets which is really great. There is a lot going on in the way of entertainment and kids clubs though as we spent a lot of time site seeing we didn’t partake in this as much. We would definitely love to return to the campsite, though would book with AC as found it quite hot. »

« We enjoyed our stay except for last evening when we went to Le Snack to eat our last dinner. The food was awful but I understand it was our fault - I wrongly thought it was the same as the restaurant on the other side of the building. We complained about the food and about hamburger being not done and got a response from the cook "if you don't like it then don't come back". It really ruined our evening, the chef wanted to make us something else, but I didn't feel like eating anything anymore in this restaurant. We went to bed thinking how the staff treated us. »

« Nice site. Lots of greenary. The kids club was a bit hit and miss. The bar not being open until 4, when there is no on-site supermarket is not good. It should open for lunch even during low season. »

« Everything was perfect however, if we have selected to clean our self-catering chalet, we would expect more cleaning material like a drying up cloth and shower cleaning spray as well as a bath mat. Otherwise we loved every second of our stay, the resort is perfect. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3 Valleys, it is a great camp site. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, the site itself is very well designed with great facilities - the pool is incredible! The morning bakery supplies were much appreciated. I only had one small negative opinion and that is because there’s not really any shop on site (there’s a very small selection at reception). The local Aldi isn’t far away though and has everything you need. We have another Yelloh! site booked for this holiday, we hope it’s a good as 3 Valleys! »
