« We really liked the campsite overall. The swimming pools were particularly excellent. We stayed in a premium lodge and loved this area with the plants and trees and private pool. The location is really fantastic and a real bonus. We enjoyed day trips into the Pyreenes and liked walking into the nearby town which was very pretty. Reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The play area for kids was also of a high standard. The entertainment schedule for kids was good but as an english speaking family it was sometimes hard to take part. The pizza takeaway was of a good standard. A few things which we didn't like .... the wifi was pretty much non existent. It didn't work on any of our families devices for more than 1 or 2 mins at a time. We mentioned this to reception and they said it's just because it's busy. It's a 5 star campsite so really wifi should be much, much better. We would encourage you to invest in a better wifi connection / provider. The evening entertainment wasn't really of a 5* holiday park standard in our opinion. The plastic chairs in rows in front of the stage is also not really a nice way to sit to watch shows and what we would expect from a 2* holiday park. The noise levels from both the evening shows and from other campers post evening show was really awful and went on past midnight for every night of our 7 night stay. One evening the noise went on until 2am. We had to try and sleep with ear buds in but it was impossible to even attempt to go to sleep before midnight. Again, this is not what you expect from a 5* campsite. You need to have much more security patrolling from 11pm and make sure your entertainment finishes at 11pm not 11.15pm or 11.30pm! We ate at the restaurant one night and found the food to be okay at best. We sat down and spoke to our waitress about dietary requirements and were told they don't cater for this and the meals are pre-prepared (not made fresh that night) so you can't change or amend anything about them. Never had this happen at a restaurant before! very strange indeed. When our food arrived one meal had a hair in it. We informed the waitress and it was taken away only to be brought back minute later. One other meal was cold. The others were fine but really of a poor standard - we had thought this was a nice restaurant with good reviews. We ordered desert. It took 35 mins to come. You really need to cater for dietary requirements. Our daughter couldn't eat anything from your menu as a result. Your prices don't reflect the quality of the food you are serving - especially if it's all pre-made. »

« Great site, fantastic pools, very clean. There was no clear parking for our mobile home (691). Great restaurants and snack bars and parks. »

« I have only 1 negatieve remark. The pitches should have been 100 m2 minimum but our was around 7x9 meters. And there is very little privacy between the pitches ( no hedges). We have been to multiple Yelloh! Village campings and normally the pitchen are bigger and more privacy. The rest is amazing »

« The campsite is immaculate and all areas are very well maintained. The pool area is exceptional with a wide range of pools to suit all people. There are enough sunbeds, the staff are vigilant but not over bearing, and the cleanliness of all areas is excellent. We had a really lovely cabin which was serviced well, close enough to the pool area but also very quiet. The restaurant and bar/snack area was good too. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely place! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. This is the forth time. We noticed the campsite was a lot noisier than previous visits. Groups of teenagers walking around after they should have been quiet (11pm to 3am) making a lot of noise. There was no attempt from the campsite to enforce no noise after 11pm. We would like this to change before our next visit. »

« We absolutely loved staying at Les Trois Vallées. Our 5 year old had an absolute blast at the swimming pool and during the evening entertainment. The facilities were excellent, in particular the showers. The only reason we did not give 10/10 if how noisy it is until late at night. If you have a small child with an early bedtime then switch it to late and all is good. »

« It was a nice stay, beautiful place, but also a bad stay, because our neighbour (#100, in a tent) was smoking weed every day so our whole house smelled like weed every day. I thought family 5 star campings like this did not allow drug use… not so nice when im on holiday with my ten year old son. »

« The camping is great, with good facilities and activities. A somewhat larger supermarket would be a plus though and the tariffs for charging an electric vehicle are insanely high »
