Our chef, Michel Lacaze and his kitchen crew have concocted a menu to showcase the region’s produce, and the Pyrenean terroir in particular.
You’ll therefore find the characteristic ingredients from the surrounding area: Pyrenees trout, Bigorre black pork, charcuterie, duck breast and, of course, foie gras.
You’ll be able to sample these products prepared to traditional recipes or revisited in burgers or salads.
