Discover our restaurant in a modern yet authentic setting. Out on the terrace, the white wall contrasts beautifully with the colourful furniture. The terrace also benefits from a panoramic roof so you can enjoy eating outside whatever the weather.

Inside, the ambiance is more authentic, enhanced by the wooden parquet floor, the beautiful exposed beams and the wooden wine shelves. This natural material underscores the typical Pyrenean character, combined with the warm colours of the furniture.

Whether inside or out, everything has been designed to offer you a wonderfully warm welcome, matched by the cuisine you’ll savour here.

Our chef, Michel Lacaze and his kitchen crew have concocted a menu to showcase the region’s produce, and the Pyrenean terroir in particular.

You’ll therefore find the characteristic ingredients from the surrounding area: Pyrenees trout, Bigorre black pork, charcuterie, duck breast and, of course, foie gras.

You’ll be able to sample these products prepared to traditional recipes or revisited in burgers or salads.
